The TS Sales Network Support team is responsible for sales support of TS Sales staff in the area of Payments & Cash Management services.
Based in the Netherlands, the team focusses on hands-on support of Primary TS Sales consultants (TS PAM) by offering knowledge of Pan-
European Payments & Cash Management solutions to the Corporate Clients segment.
Role and Responsibilities
The Network Consultant is responsible for the successful support of TS Sales during especially complex sales activities.
You bring a lot of knowledge of (European) Payment & Cash Management (PCM) solutions for Corporate Clients, the related products, processes and the market.
He / she coordinates / facilitates sales projects (often multi-country deals) across Europe and works closely together with the Proposal Unit, Product Management, TS Strategic Advisory and CS Implementation management.
You are also co-responsible for knowledge transfer to the local TS consultants in the area of the European PCM solutions and products, regulations, development and trends.
Due to your knowledge about the European products / solutions and the European market, you will act as advisor / facilitator towards the local TS consultants.
This requires organisational sensitivity, manage to gain confidence of local consultants and receive support for their own proposals.
In order to support the Network countries and coordinate / facilitate the sales processes, project management and communication skills are important.
It is particularly vital that the employee is able to monitor deadlines and milestones of coherent processes / projects and identify any deviations in planning and modify if necessary.
The role includes interactions with clients, hence commercial skills are fundamental for this role.
Communication will mostly be in English, the knowledge of this language at professional level is therefore a requirement.
