3+ years operational experience responding to data disclosure requests from law enforcement agencies and consumers in EMEA, especially the Netherlands
Self-starter and fast learner that can work independently while using impeccable judgment
Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
Superior organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a mindset that processes can always be improved
Ability to maintain a positive, constructive attitude in ambiguous and high pressure situations and to manage complex issues in a productive manner
Excellent communication skills, including patience and an ability to explain legal requirements clearly and effectively, and a great sense of humor
Strong project management skills with a track record of consistently going above and beyond what is expected and delivering projects on schedule.
Fluency in English is a must, Dutch or German language skills preferred (please apply in English)
Serve as a law enforcement point of contact in EMEA and a resource for legal process inquiries
Analyze and accurately respond to a high volume of time-sensitive requests from law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws and our terms of service, while upholding Netflix’s strong commitment to member privacy
Manage operational policies for EMEA legal requests and keep those policies up to date with changes in the law and industry best practices
Partner with the Customer Services teams on legal requests from or about our members
Work closely with engineering teams across the company to help build and test relevant tools
Organize, log, and maintain accurate internal documentation and metrics
Backup support for general litigation and regulatory teams as needed
