ASML’s Development & Engineering (D&E) sector is responsible for the specification, design and integration of the ASML machines.
In this sector, the department of Defectivity and Optical Column Conditioning of Scanner (DOCCS) specifies, designs and integrates the various (sub-
modules and architectures related to the flow and pressure domains for our EUV scanners.
The Vacuum Systems Architecture group designs and delivers vacuum & gas flow based EUV scanner architecture solutions that enable EUV transmission of the optical column while protecting the in-
vacuum optics from molecular and particle contamination.
For the NXE Vacuum Systems project we are looking for an integrator to strengthen the project team.
As the Integrator of the Vacuum Systems project you are responsible for the integration of the Optical Column Conditioning function in the ASML NXE scanner.
You will make sure that all modules and their interfaces are properly tested and and make sure that the functional architecture performs as intended.
You keep track of the systems performance in the EUV fab & field and coordinate the solution of VS function-related issues.
With your pro-active attitude you drive the integration work, enabling efficient, high-quality and flawless execution of the design & qualification process and the resolution of issues.
The Vacuum Systems Integrator is reporting to the group manager and project leader.
Masters or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent field.
