Key responsibilities for the function as a Product Specialist / Accountmanager Psychiatrie
Propose and implement a territory business plan including initiatives, activities and budget allocation in order to achieve sales target;
Provide regular and accurate territory performance reports, customer and environmental insights to the commercial manager and other members of the cross-functional team;
Drive the development of commercially positive formulary, guideline and protocol inclusions for promoted brands in target accounts.
This includes securing of permission to prescribe, as well as the subsequent implementation and business pull-through;
Identify when other resource (e.g.
head office, Medical Advisor) is required in customer engagements and coordinate this engagement;
Accountable for achievement of the territory sales target;
Initiate and organize local events with customers in close collaboration with medical and commercial manager;
Promote and sell product(s) by influencing customer opinion (prescribing, non-prescribing and commercial);
Establish strong business relationships with identified key customer groups to ensure commercial objectives are met as per plan;
Develop and maintain records of all customer and territory information on the CRM system.
Ensure adherence to the national code of practice and to all company policies and procedures;
Responsible for upholding the professional image of the organisation at all times;
Stays abreast of latest information in therapy area and maintains a high standard on training programmes and knowledge assessments;
Support sharing best practice across the sales team.
We are looking for a experienced Product Specialist / Accountmanager Psychiatrie.
Preferabel somebody who has knowledge of the psychiatry market.
Understand key market dynamics and regulations, the target (KOL, prescription makers, pharmacists, wholesalers, ?) and their performance influencing levers, the therapeutic areas and the diseases treated with the drugs.
Must : a Bachelor degree from an accredited university; medical representative training certificate Nice to have : degree in a relevant field e.g.
science, biochemistry etc.
