Our global quality organization is looking for a Quality Process Analyst , who can set up the framework for Operational (Quality) KPI, Cost of Non Quality and who drives the monitoring and analysis of these performance metrics.
As well, driving process & tool development to support our end-to-end processes and different departments and functions world-
wide will be an important activity in your role. In addition, you will assume ownership for maintenance and improvement for the global quality E2E processes.
As our new Quality Process Analyst you will have the responsibility to in coordination with local and global stakeholders design, standardize and continuously improve quality metrics to verify effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions deployed across the global organization.
You will give inputs in the entire business process from identification of development needs to implementation and operational management of these tools.
With your strong analytical skills and with your insights into our operational and financial performance reports, you can identify and highlight improvement opportunities and risks in our quality assurance processes, advanced product development and supply chain processes, and advise the functional Marel Leadership teams on prioritization and selection of improvement initiatives.
In your global role you will report to the Global Quality Director.
As Quality Process Analyst at Marel, it is a prerequisite that you have experience in a KPI driven environment, both operationally as financially.
You are skilled in working with reporting tools, analyzing and improving data.
You have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, business administration and / or business economics and proven experience in project management.
Experience with ERP (SAP) is a strong advantage.
