the investment community; governments and external partners The role involves working with a small, fast-paced expert team to undertake research, design, development and project management activities that enable the delivery of high-
impact communication campaigns. The role also serves as a liaison with the IT function, ensuring maintenance of the existing communications channels and launching new ones.
As such, the successful candidate will be comfortable overseeing IT programmes for research and internal and external engagement purposes.
Your ability to translate business strategy and functional requirements into sound projects and initiatives will be key to your success and you will enjoy working with an international team in a diverse environment.
You’ll need to be proactive, exercise sound judgment, enjoy working in a small generalist team, function well juggling multiple projects and have exceptional design skills that incorporate your knack for creativity.
The job has a very strong hands-on element, so you should not be afraid to get your hands dirty in making sure communication products are delivered to the right audiences on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities : Support the communications team in the project planning, scoping, delivery and optimization of all communication toolsAct as a liaison with the IT function, ensuring maintenance of the existing communications channels and launching new onesCultivate strong relationships with internal client groups, key subject matter experts, and leaders across lines of business and geographies to deliver relevant communications and initiatives Manage and drive forward multiple projects at any one timeSupporting on the technical development and functional design of engaging, impactful and sustainable communication solutions, including an intranet re-
design and launch and various digital channelsDaily management support related to our projects including monitoring and reviewing analytics and Support Group Director in formatting content for various internal channels, including : announcements, newsletter stories, web, videos, desk drops and digital signageUndertake subject and market research to support our projects Acting as the main liaison across teams to deliver projects Communications, Digital, Technology, HR, Legal etc.
Key Qualifications : Bachelors or Master’s degree3+ years of experience in a similar role or transferable field, either in house, agency or consulting sideSharePoint knowledge (basic SharePoint design) is essentialExcellent knowledge of written EnglishKnowledge of platforms such as Poppulo, Salesforce and Sprinklr preferable or a willingness to learn quicklySound understanding of main IT processes and how IT architecture influences Internal Communications channelsSelf-
