As EMEA Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Director, you will play a key role in realizing the Geography’s potential, driving, and delivering sustained, mutually profitable growth and profitability.
You will be a strategic thought partner across the marketplace to evaluate Demand and Supply on a short and long term.
You will partner with the entire organization to evaluate opportunities to fuel the Triple Double strategy of 2x Innovation, 2x Speed, and 2x Direct.
Being a key business partner on a cross-functional team, you will provide insights that drive actions and impact the business.
You and your team will work, leverage the functional expertise of our functions to lead the business in profitable growth.
You will need to demonstrate strong business acumen, team mindset, can-do mentality, a strong analytical skill-set, the ability to take analytics to insights and translate these into clear and simple action items and recommendations.

The role reports into the EMEA Sales &Operations Planning Senior Director and is part of the Demand &Supply Management organization.
Key responsibilities :
Nike EMEA Project Director for the implementation of the strategic project : Integrated business Planning for EMEA
Define together the IBP program team, the IBP vision, strategy and plan.
Align on a regular basis the EMEA IBP strategy and plan with the global IBP team.
Develop the contents and be an active player of the IBP steerco meeting on a monthly basis.
Support and develop the in Geo process and approach of the S&OP work for the Geo (S&OP Strategic Planning).
As part of the S&OP team, implement the Global and EMEA S&OP vision and strategy.
Drive growth and protect the Nike brand by optimising Demand and Supply
Create and support the DSM approach around Long range planning (CSR, AOP and Budget)
Support growth and brand objectives
Plan our business to our marketplace capacity
Keep a clean end to end inventory
Plan and report Demand and Supply around key Brand moments (World cup, European Cups, Air max Day, Olympics etc )
Relevant Master degree and / or professional qualification.
At least 10 years directly relevant work experience; a proven expertise in planning and analysis in an international environment, and preferably in Retail Industry.
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
Ability to deliver results against tight and complex timelines.
Ability to navigate through large amounts of information from various data sources.
Strong communication skills : ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas in a simple way, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Experience working in a matrix organization is considered an advantage.
Team player attitude, solid positive energy, confidence, integrity and passion for the Brand.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
