We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert for Domestic Cash Management
ING is looking for an innovative and commercially driven customer journey expert. Preferably you have experience in the area of corporate treasury or cash management (notional and physical pooling)
You are the center-point between the market, clients and internal stakeholders (including Sales). You signal market developments, client needs and commercial opportunities at an early stage, outside the boundaries of the existing (daily) operations, and turn them into product policy.
You create support for mentioned initiatives and initiates them until decision making.
