Description : To assist in co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment cycle activities of Norgine across Europe. Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Degree qualified
  • Experience of sourcing candidates in a fast paced in-house or recruitment agency environment across multiple geographies (international).
  • Proven experience of administration, including diary management.
  • Experience of working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Business focused and comfortable building strong client relationships quickly
  • Understanding of advanced search and engagement methodologies.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment law specific to recruitment
  • Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Market Sector is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (and Dutch if Amsterdam based). French or German language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritise workloads & manage multiple requests and relationships internally and externally
  • Responsibilities :

  • Work with the Recruiters in identifying and sourcing internal and / or external candidates for requisitions within Norgine in the UK and rest of Europe.
  • Keep up to date on best practices around candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies, trends and technology
  • Develop ongoing professional relationships with internal stakeholders across the various client groups and geographies
  • Be an ambassador for the Norgine.com careers page, Genie and employer branding
  • Partner closely with our PSL agencies to ensure our recruitment process is consistent and Norgine’s values are communicated at all times
  • MAIN TASKS

  • Assist the recruiters on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle’ including but not limited to : creating job descriptions and adverts, job posting, co-
  • ordination of the interview process, including diary management, and regular communication with candidates and managers

  • Identify sources to attract candidates such as job boards, job fairs, social media, headhunting, external agencies and networking.
  • Ensure all advertising complies with current legislation and internal rules and is managed appropriately both internally and externally
  • Leveraging innovative and social networking techniques to identify candidates and to build pipelines of candidates for the business needs
  • Work closely with the HR and Corporate Communications Teams to manage and continuously improve the careers page on Norgine.
  • com and keep under regular review to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable applicants and enhances Norgine’s employer brand

  • Assist in ensuring that all recruitment is recorded and provide accurate talent acquisition reports and metrics
  • Keep accurate documentation related to candidate interactions and statuses that is in full compliance with all legal and internal requirements
