WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Be theexpert on the internal and external talent market in Marketing and CustomerDevelopment and advise the business teams on market trends and opportunities;
You willcollaborate with HR Business Partners to drive demand planning discussions andforecasts, participate and advise in People Development Forums, build talentpipelines and understand function specific talent needs;
Define,execute and creatively re-think the Recruitment and Attraction strategy inorder to provide and develop diverse internal and external Talent pipelines forshort term and long term business needs;
Manageown functional vacancies portfolio of various work levels (entry level / manager / executive roles);
ManageRecruitment Processes end-to-end, both proactive and reactive and partner withthe Hiring Manager and People Experience Lead;
Worktowards set KPIs : accountable for new recruitment technology adoption, speed,costs and the best Hiring Manager & Candidate experience through theRecruitment cycle;
Provideand analyse data on key metrics for Recruitment, application inflow, sourcesand quality of talent, ROI on talent event initiatives;
Drive Employer Branding activities and campaigns infunctional area;
Leadlocal functional specific projects (i.e. Diversity Partnerships, DigitalRecruitment, Volume Recruitment, Social Mission related projects);

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Bachelor’sor Master’s Degree, preferably in HR / Business / Marketing / Economics orrelated field.
Minimumof 5 years demonstrated experience is required in end-to-end Recruitment, preferablyat a global business in FMCG / (Online) Retailers within the Marketing andCustomer Development function using a variety of sourcing techniques (SocialMedia, Alumni Networks, Networking Events etc.).
Provenexperience in creatively sourcing and attracting scarce profiles.
Labourmarket expertise and External Orientation in context of social trends andbenchmarking best practices in Recruitment and Employer Branding.
Abilityto anticipate needs and solve problems both agile and proactively.
Biasfor Action attitude with sound judgment that drives results.
ExcellentStakeholder Management, Networking, Interpersonal, Customer Service andCommunication skills.
Strong andsolid influencing skills with the ability to be a sparring partner for your keyinternal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Fluencyin English and Dutch.
Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Taleo),Digital screening / sourcing tools (HireVue, PyMetrics) and Social Media (e.
g.LinkedIn Recruiter, Instagram)
Strongmulti-tasking skills with a comfort in an often demanding environment with conflictingpriorities and deadlines;
Abilityto work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, both on anoperational and strategic level.
Embracingchange and help building the Talent Advisor Team to reach the next level bytrue team collaboration and having fun!
Preferablyexperience and knowledge of international recruitment & procedures.
