    The Customer Care Team Member will provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our solutions.

    He / she will provide multiple levels of escalated technical support. The ideal candidate is service minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-

    working, fast paced environment.

    Measures of Success :

  • Ensure that customers receive the highest quality hot-line technical support
  • Troubleshoots customer issues with service activation and operation
  • Provides multiple levels of escalated support based on the complexity of the technical issue applying knowledge appropriately to solve problems
  • Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and / or services
  • Call customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
  • Input sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their service
  • Provide customers with quotes
  • Update clients’ accounts to maintain data integrity
  • Researches, documents and communicates recurring technical issues
  • Assist new team members learn about our products, systems, and processes
  • Participate in developing training documentation and process improvement
  • Some accounting duties may be required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in agriculture, engineering, or geomatics
  • Fluent in English, German and Russian.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, and French are a plus

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and occasional holidays
