Objective / Purpose of the Job

To deliver an excellent customer experience, while efficiently and effectively managing and processing customer orders, questions and issues.

Preferred profile

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Order Fulfillment :

  • Process incoming orders and monitor (in)direct order fulfilment
  • Keep order status system up to date for (in)direct deliveries
  • Review open orders and expedite when necessary
  • Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing are promptly conveyed to the customer and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures.
  • Manage returns process
  • Resolve blocked Invoice ISB
  • Customer Service :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Adequately handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain and update issue register
  • Master data maintenance :

  • Maintain correct products specifications and pricing in catalogues
  • Maintain correct products specifications and pricing Online Shops
  • Maintain correct product photo’s
  • Special projects :

  • Support roll out Marketing Campaigns
  • Support customer experience improvement projects
  • Maintain online shops / GPC portal
  • Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates

  • Relevant MBO / HBO qualifications reflecting ability in the areas of administration
  • Preferred Experience and Knowledge

  • 2-4 years of related proven work experience
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Proven experience regarding working in teams
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good PC literate (Windows, Office Excel and SAP)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Product knowledge
  • Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

  • Verbal and written fluent in Dutch, English and third language preferred (German , Italian, French, Spanish)
