The NS Marketplace Operations (MPO) team plays a key role to deliver service excellence and support the end to end supply chain for partner stores across EMEA.
As MPO Service Lead you will be responsible for delivery performance and service improvements for your region. While the NS business is on a mission to create a mutually profitable, premium experience across EMEA, delivering the short-
term business objectives is of equally high importance. In Nike Direct you are expected to develop yourself as well as the business.
NS MPO team serves consumers by providing RELIABLE, FAST and FLEXIBLE access to our product and create value to Nike through relentless EFFICIENCY in our supply chain.
Based on these responsibilities we are looking for a talented lead who is a strong team player, who eagerly seeks opportunities and shows passion, vision and an appetite for retail business.
Manage the day to day operations for your portfolio of countries and ensure the highest service and visibility is delivered to the stores, always with a consumer mindset, in collaboration with key cross functional partners.
Focus on performance; understanding the supply chain KPIS, driving concrete actions to improve these and understanding the end to end supply chain dynamics.
Drive speed to market improvements; by leading a process improvement project engaging with the key stakeholders in order to deliver higher service or efficiency in the supply chain.
Seek opportunities for development within supply chain challenges and drive improvements in accordance to stores priorities and key cities strategies.
Develop best practice and sharing across the greater MPO Nike Direct team.
Be an active member of the Nike Stores MPO team by sharing ideas and proactive communicate.
Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or likewise.
Able to work in fast paced environment
Computer skills : Good experience with Microsoft Office especially excel, SAP knowledge useful not essential
An excellent level of the English language is required, both written and spoken. One other international language preferred
Communication : strong ability to communicate with people on different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside of the organization
