Inside Account Manager - UK & Ireland, Nordics

We're looking for someone like you to take ownership of Academic & Government accounts, covering the UK & Ireland & Nordics region.
As the Inside Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing the revenue through upsell and cross sell to existing accounts.
You also engage with new prospects. By interacting with your clients daily, through phone, Skype and email, you generate demand and drive overall territory revenue growth.
You are the primary strategic account owner towards client and Elsevier stakeholders.
As part of a newly set up Global Inside Sales division, you’ll be joining a team of 10 Inside Account Managers covering clients domiciled in the EMEA region.
