We are lookingfor a Brand Manager within our Branded Consumer Goods division. The Marketingdepartment works closely together with the Customer Marketing, Supply Chain andSales departments concerning the formulation and realization of the goals andstrategies of the Henkel Beauty Care brands.

Responsibility for the brand portfolio, including some of the most exciting brands in this market
Realization of the brand objectives and formulation / implementation of the marketing mix (both strategic and operational elements)
Continuously monitor the performance of assigned brands using sales reports and research data. Apprise management of significant changes.
Ensure current knowledge of the competitive environment via outside sources
Development of the yearly strategic marketing plans, taking into account the international strategy. Includes business review, development of alternative / contingency plans, and overall strategy for the brand.
Close coordination of product innovation and launch activities with internal departments and external agencies
Collaboration with external (agencies and suppliers) and internal parties (sales, customer marketing, logistics, international headquarters)
Part of the Benelux Marketing Team of the Beauty Care Division
Who we arelooking for
Master's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience in the FMCG sector with a proven track record of developing and implementing commercially successful marketing strategies and programs
Self-motivated with high levels of initiative, able to take ownership of projects and progress them through to completion
Effective communicator with solid negotiation and influencing skills
Good attention to detail and a strong desire to meet planned objectives
Strong analytical skills and a sense for facts and figures
Solution and problem solving orientation, good people skills and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of the MS Office Package
Fluency in English and Dutch
Advanced user of Microsoft Office
