Reporting into the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing, you will be an essential part of the Field Marketing and Regional Field Sales organisation for Central and Western Europe.
You will work hand-in-hand with the local Marketing Managers and sales team leads to define and execute marketing plans that create the pipeline required to deliver success.
You will develop marketing programs, flawlessly execute regional events, focus on optimal lead conversion and ensure operational excellence.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It : General
You will help to create annual and quarterly marketing plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives that align to pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, growth technologies and overall business goals
You will partner with marketing and sales leadership on the overall needs, strategy, focus, approach and regular expected results from marketing specific to your regions
You will directly execute and own a broad range of critical components of the regional marketing plan across the entire account portfolio from Strategic Global accounts to the Commercial market segment
You will advise the corporate and in-theatre marketing teams on regional needs as they develop, plan, execute, and measure highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns
Act as the main logistical and execution owner of our presence at Tradeshows, large Channel and 3rd party events, and provide programmatic support around all CSP events (AWS, Google and Microsoft), executing thorough before, during and after event plans
Managing shipping and delivery of collateral / giveaways / event kit into the Central and Western Europe regions
Manage relationships with local and regional event agencies
Arrangement and administration of webinars and other online events
Upload lists and execute follow-up event activity within SLA timeframes
Support eMarketing production with the creation of registration forms, editing emails and landing pages
Ensure all marketing campaigns are correctly created, tracked and optimised
List uploads and analysis of marketable database
Team liaison for all pipeline conversion programs
Provide support for all localisation needs into German (including regional website)
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with colleagues in other functions, such as Sales Engineers, Insides Sales, Finance, Legal and 3rd party suppliers.
Fluent in German & English
2+ years marketing experience in technology and B2B marketing
Proven ability to execute at a high level, driving consistent results
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Organised and detail-oriented
Proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
Understanding of business management and operations including finance, revenue and pipeline principles
Prior knowledge and experience of Marketo, eTouches, Slack, Einstein Analytics and Salesforce an advantage
