Role Description

As you are part of a dynamic team of experienced professionals you are comfortable and capable working independent and leading tasks in your area of expertise, but you are more interested in collaborating with your colleagues and challenging the status quo to come with new ways of exploration and customer validation.

Furthermore, you will be the voice of the customer, using tooling to keep feeling with the latest customers’ needs and feedback to feed the Product Exploration Team with new areas of exploration or suggestion to optimize current MVP’s.

But also collaborate with agencies to get access to users in the specific market.

Responsibilities

  • Find efficient ways to test and experiment with a significant number of (unbiased) women, applying (proven) methods and efficient tooling to understand
  • their needs

  • Setting up, recruiting and managing users in an efficient way (i.e. Facebook, Instagram campaigns) and keep (potential) users engaged
  • Organizing and lead interview sessions, co-creation sessions, surveys and other ways of experimenting, locally and remotely in order to get
  • qualitative data and insights.

  • Help the Product Exploration Team to translate the value spaces to a clear set of requirements for the exploration sprints
  • Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to set up and run exploration sprints from A-Z making use of the right methods, partners and
  • tooling

  • Curious, inventive and creative - be prepared to solve tough problems and look beyond convention and open for new tooling to facilitate learning
  • Obsessed by user behavior and insights
  • Good communication skills, you can collaborate across teams and are able to manage users / customers locally and remotely
  • Self-starter and able to drive early concepts through to realization
  • Experience working in the fields of customer development, marketing intelligence or people research.
  • Clear focus and drive for delivery you’ll be able to find and maintain focus and priority in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Global collaborator - open minded to ideas from other perspectives.
  • Resilient - prepare to be challenged and thrive in change.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to travel (25%).
