ASML’s Development & Engineering (D&E) sector is responsible for the specification, design and integration of the ASML products.
In this sector, departments such as Mechatronic Technical development, Mechanical development and Environmental Control & Infrastructure (EC&I), specify, design and qualify the various (sub)-
modules of the ASML products. Each department consists of discipline, function oriented groups and service, manufacturing and supplier oriented groups.
In the position of SQE team lead within EC&I you and your team are key contributors to the introduction of new products and the development of the supplier with focus on manufacturability and qualified products, to ensure stable performance of ASML’s lithographic products.
You are participating in the development of new products, driving the quality of these products at EC&I suppliers.
The work of a team leader within EC&I contains a mix of project related, competence related and supplier related responsibilities.
As team leader you are responsible for the organization, structure and planning of Supplier Quality related deliverables for various multi-
disciplinary projects. These activities cover the complete development cycle, from supplier selection to final achieved agreed product quality levels at our suppliers.
Next to that you fulfill a role as competence leader where you manage, coach and develop the team. You pro-actively drive the development work in your team and participate in reviewing SQE deliverables.
But above all, you will use your leadership and teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance.
The TL is reporting to the group manager and project leader(s).
Review project plans and proactively support project realization.
