As a Human Resources Administrator you will provide support to TransPerfect employees based in the Netherlands (Utrecht, Amsterdam).
It will be a part-time, temporary position based in our Utrecht office.
Position responsibilities :
Conducting induction process for new hires (preparing contracts, on-boarding, etc.)
Assisting with termination processes, ensuring that all proper termination paperwork has been completed and signed
Ensuring that all pertinent payroll information is submitted and communicated to Payroll Department on a timely manner
Assisting employees in answering questions regarding policies and procedures
Administering various benefits plans
Conducting audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data
Performing general administrative duties
Fluency in English and Dutch
1-3 year of HR / administrative experience
Excellent communication and organization skills
Good attention to detail
Sense of urgency
Ability to work independently
