All digital tactics in Paid Advertising (SEA, Display, Social Media) are a known area for you. We’re looking for a Jr. SEA marketer who understands the effects of all these tactics and is able to implement and optimize the campaign mix.

Working at the marketing department at Fluke means that you’ll be active driving end-user awareness and demand generation in an international B2B-

oriented company. The European headquarters of Fluke in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, has one of the bigger B2B (digital) marketing organizations in the Netherlands.

As such this role fits in perfectly in the central EMEA marketing team in Eindhoven. The total EMEA Marketing team consist out of 30+ highly motivated marketers.

You will be closely working with digital marketing specialists within areas social media as well as web dev. & creative.

Also, you will be in close contact with category managers who lead our product group(s) as well the local field marketers in several countries. Role and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for proper execution, management and optimization of all our SEA / PPC campaigns.
  • Budget responsible for an annual ad spent >
  • 1 mil $ USD
  • Own the digital campaigns Return-on-Investment perspective
  • Driving the experimentation and UX roadmap
  • Consult and advice stakeholders (Category- and field marketing managers), about campaign performance and future next steps
  • Bring new digital tactics to mind and pitch these to internal stakeholders.
  • Help the Marketing and Marketing Communications teams with smart, measurable campaign tactics.
  • Supply all marketing teams (global, central and local) with all relevant insights based on web analytics and CRM.
  • Strongly contribute to the Digital Strategy that will help Fluke grow the business today and tomorrow.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge :

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing , Communication, new media or similar
  • Did you just finished your school and eager to get started within Digital Marketing? Don’t hesitate to apply!
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience as online marketer (strong preference within Paid advertising)
  • Strong experience (preferably in a B2B / Tech environment) with :
  • o Google AdWords / Bing / Social advertising platforms

    o Google Tagmanager

    o UX / Conversion Rate Optimization

    o Display Advertising

    o Google certificates are a strong pre

  • Experience or strong affinity with
  • o Lead generation / Lead nurturing / Funnel management

    o Agile & SCRUM

    o CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools (Power BI)

    o Content Management Systems (Drupal / WordPress)

  • You are :
