Works together with the Sales & Merchandising Manager and supports the growth of the business in the region
Leads the order entry during the sell-in seasons
Takes a crucial part in preparing each sales appointment from building assortment proposals by client
Drives the Post Season Evaluation analysis after each sales season
Identify the strength and weakness of the sell-in results on a brand level and prepares the numerical part of the collection feedback
Providing feedback for other departments (Visual Merchandising, Retail, commercial) to ensure a clear information flow within the different departments
Constantly evaluating Divisional performance against KPI’s as you progress through the seasonal process
Create, Maintain & Nurture strong relationships with our partners through sell in process and market visits
Own Consumer, Competition & Marketplace insights for the MEA+ region and deliver that information to both Division & Country teams
Embrace the Consumer Assortments strategy from Division & add country relevance to ensure a premium, differentiated & elevated marketplace
Manages the sales season calendar, sales appointments and coordinates the preparations with the showroom manager prior to each sales season
You will be the contact person for our distributors in the region, gathers and consolidates information and coordinates their needs within the Sales & Merchandising team
Responsible for the accuracy of the sales input file, cross checks the actuals for all divisions and coordinates all requirements within the team
Develop specific sales strategies and focus on key growth areas to ensure that your targets are achieved
Have strong influencing skills to assortments for different partners from diverse backgrounds / cultures to achieve revenue / profitability targets
Provide clear, concise sell in and sell thru analysis to ensure learnings are carried into subsequent seasons
A college or university degree in fashion or business studies is preferred
Working experience in merchandising, retail, wholesale, buying or sales
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, as English is the working language of the company
Open-minded person and a strong team player
Flexible working hours is needed especially during the selling seasons
Demonstrates a love & passion for product and strong story telling abilities
Big brand experience and ability to work within a matrix organization
Problem-solving and analytical skills
