Within this role you are improving consumer satisfaction by troubleshooting, delivering accurate and fast service on the spot.
You are part of the Field Service Engineer Team in the Netherlands and report to the Manager System Support. You ideally have worked with Diagnostic equipment in the lab yourself and know how to handle complaints and faults.
You are responsible for installing and maintaining the devices and equipment in hospitals and laboratories both preventive and corrective.
