As Learning and Organizational Development Consultant, you will be part of the global Learning and Development Team. We believe you can learn any time anywhere and you would be a key player to facilitate that to our employees.
In this role, you support the European Region and the Global Group Functions (Corporate Centre), and have your own portfolio focussing on coaching, IDP’s, Well Being and Vendor Finance knowledge.
Day to day
Design, develop and analyse organization development systems / programs
Create coaching and mentoring framework
Maintain knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory
Enable change management efforts and planning to support strategy integration
Provide strategic direction on cultural transformation
Responsible for development planning, curriculum development, delivery strategy, vendor selection, resource balancing and budget management
Design, develop, implement and manage internal and external courses and resources that fit the curriculum and company culture
Research, evaluate and leverage best practices from world class organizations to improve quality and effectiveness of programs
Partner with industry leaders and subject matter experts to ensure program content’s relevance and significance
Conduct needs assessment in alignment with business priorities, works closely with senior executive team to identify and anticipate learning needs

7-10 years relevant experience in learning consulting / organizational development role
Up to date with online learning development and learning solutions
Experience with 70 : 20 : 10 learning solutions
Knows gamified ways of working

Depending on experience, a salary between 65.000 74.000 euro (based on 38-hour workweek, including 13th month and holiday allowance)
Variable bonus based on DLL results and personal performance
