Description :

The Account Executive drives the customer relationship, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to grow our team.

We are seeking an experienced, quota carrying sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of technology for social benefit.

If you have a passion for technology and an interest in how it can facilitate positive social change, combined with large organization / enterprise technology sales experience, we want to talk with you.

The Account Executive is responsible for energetically championing Salesforce's solutions to named Non-profit Organizations.

Additionally, this role is responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the Nordics territory.

Responsibilities :

  • Development of a sales plan to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the Nordics territory.
  • Exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Salesforce solutions into the assigned non-profit accounts
  • You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Engineers, Business Development Reps, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Required Skills / Experience :

  • Track record of success (6+ years) in Platform / Business Applications
  • Knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • A passion for Non-profit work
  • Bachelors Degree is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English and additional Nordics language skills a plus
  • Current full driving license
