Professional Services Senior Manager (PIM)

Informatica is currently looking for an experienced Professional Services Senior Manager to manage a key function in one of our key growth areas : Product Information Management / PIM (with a specific focus on the Informatica Product 360 technologies) in the region of EMEA.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the development of the specialized Product 360 solution team in EMEA while also assuring the delivery of quality client service.
In addition to delivering individual consulting objectives, the Senior Manager will assist in sales support, on-boarding, enablement, management, partnering and evaluation and career counselling of his / her team members.
This involves leveraging personal experiences and providing continuous mentorship and guidance to ensure optimal and consistent field readiness of direct reports.
The successful candidate will report to the VP EMEA Professional Services, based in UK.
Establish and mentor a diverse Informatica information management solution delivery team across the EMEA region. Management responsibilities include capacity planning, recruitment, development and retention of Professional Services resources Manage process for tracking profitability and engagement success for the practice, from initial project set-
work in conjunction with Informatica Professional Services (IPS) regional managers to position and sell information management service offerings.
Oversee the successful design, planning and execution of solution delivery projects; provide a single point of contact for the customer and handle tier-
one escalation. Partner with customers to establish and nurture a mutually beneficial relationship focused on realizing and maximizing the value from Informatica information management solutions.
Cultivate a strong and visible relationship with the wider business unit, including support, R+D, product and sales specialist teams.
Define, implement, and ensure compliance with a comprehensive project delivery methodology including policies, procedures and deliverables for effective project lifecycle execution.
Provide accurate, complete revenue and staffing forecasts; manage the active slotting of resources for current and probable customer engagements.
Effectively liaise with and support key Informatica internal partners : Sales, Sales Consulting, IPS Regional Management, Customer Support, R&D, Product Management / Marketing and Alliances.
Drive positive relationships with regional service delivery partners. Optimize the combined model of Informatica and partner resources for cross-
vertical solution delivery. Provide architectural and technical problem-solving leadership when appropriate. Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to facilitate the presentation of company products, practices and methods.
Ability to live and work in the EMEA region and travel freely in support of sales, delivery and team development.
Key Skills / Experience
Core competencies required to perform this role :
Prior experience selling and delivering PIM services (Prior experience with Informatica P360 implementations is desirable).
Strong client delivery focus and sales support experience Establish and mentor a diverse solution delivery team Business acumen & commercial drive.
