Within ASML the Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for improving, embedding & maintaining Project management (PM) expertise, needed to streamline the development and engineering of ASML products.
PMO Means & Methods contributes by driving collaboration and knowledge sharing within the PM Community, enabling PM Competence Development and continuous improving PM Processes and Tooling.
Championing the profession within the PM Community by stimulating an environment through events, knowledge sharing’s, external visits etc.
Drive the project management maturity assessments
Contribute to the PM Learning Journey
Develops and maintains a good internal and external network
Incorporates latest insights of the external project management environment (both in terms of content and new ways of learning)
Academic working and thinking level.
Minimum of 2-10 years’ experience in project management and working with project management professionals, for instance as a project manager, coach, facilitator and / or trainer
Experience with and knowledge of innovative learning methods : community / social learning, usage of innovative learning methods, multimedia and gaming
Knowledge of a number of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMW, etc.) and understanding the need to adapt methodologies to the needs of different types of projects
Network in the project management profession. Informs the ASML PM Community of new and emerging topics / trends, technologies and capabilities
Team player : connecting parties involved working towards clear short / mid-term deliverables in line with the vision of the total PM curriculum
Be able to apply various standard project management methods (i.e. IPMA, PMP, Agile) and tooling
Strong ability to design and execute communication strategies and to apply the relevant communication skills (design, presentation, in writing)
