About The Opportunity GKN Aerostructures & Systems Europe & Asia is looking for Business Transformation Directors and Managers (senior and medior level).
He / she will be part of the Transformation Office team and report to the Vice President Change & Transformations, member of the GKN Aerostructures & Systems Europe and Asia leadership team.

The Transformation Dir C&L has a strong background in Business & Change and Learning & Leadership with knowledge of LEAN improvement methodologies.
He / she has an extensive external network and plays a leading role in organizational learning and connecting business challenges with science and other external (knowledge) institutes.
A strongly developed sense for social system and group dynamics is combined with an out-of-box way-of-thinking to create meaningful and effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities The Business Transformation Director will : design and execute Change & Learning interventions and programs to support, accelerate or create breakthroughs in transformation, improvement projects and / or business maturity.
play a leading role in organizational learning and mastery of key functional lines-of field by connecting business challenges to latest (scientific) insights and external knowhow.
This is characterized by its high level of applicability, relevance and impact on business and people. play a leading role in understanding the social systems dynamics on the organizational level and during transformations and translating that into effective programs and interventions.
deliver the targets for Change & learning, including but not limited to :
support and lead leadership teams on change & learning maturity and initiatives. Your skills and competences are : We are looking for teamplayers.
Crafts(wo)man with an extensive business and / or consulting background and highly experienced in senior Change & Learning roles within industrial companies.
Knowledge of our industry, the market and the aerospace customer landscape and a solid background in L&D with relevant international networks is the foundation of this role.
In this role, Senior level experience in Leadership development is a must. Professional with business intelligence and care for people.
