  • How our kitchen works

    We work with fresh, healthy and sustainable produced ingredients and our dishes are basic but creative and simply "good food".

    If you have great ideas to add to our menu, we would love that!

    Sometimes you work alone and sometimes in a team. You work flexible hours.

    You know what has to be done in a kitchen : keeping track of stock and ordering, HACCP and keeping the foodcost onto budget, keeping all kitchen material in good condition and spotless.

    It's extra points if you are a "leermeester (master)" and able to teach MBO students and give guidance to trainees.

    You report directly to the hostel Manager.
