We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist who will ensure the effective implementation of our Booking.com for Business features.

Your focus will be on planning and executing implementation activities together with the customer, including communication, presentations, training and advising.

As an Implementation Specialist sitting in the heart of the start-up environment at our Amsterdam HQ, you will be part of the Implementation Specialist Team, responsible for leading implementations together with the respective Account Managers.

You will demonstrate the ability to interact and build strong relationships with the customers (Small & Medium Enterprises, Travel Management Companies) in an omni-

channel context, as well as connecting with the product team to understand and improve our offering. A strong commercial focus and ability to influence and align many stakeholders is critical to the success in this role.

B.Responsible

  • Define and align with customer and account manager on implementation plan and objectives when contract is signed
  • Lead implementation of Booking.com features at customer, with support of account manager, and be the privileged point of contact for customer during the whole implementation process
  • Together with account manager, coordination of internal (e.g., product team) and external stakeholders (e.g., change manager, sponsor) to achieve implementation objectives
  • Creation of education material (e.g., presentations, webinar) to facilitate adoption and train customers
  • B.Skilled

  • Master’s degree or equivalent. Background in Engineering or Business preferred
  • 3+ years of working experience with a background in Sales
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Very strong project and priority management skills
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs, often in complex settings
