In our new FedEx International Centre, we are offering an amazing opportunity to become part of the Customer Experience Strategy & Program team in the role of Strategy Engagement Champion.
The purpose of Strategy & Programs is to develop and cascade the Customer Experience Vision and Strategy. As a Strategy Engagement Champion, you will support on planning and execution of a strategic cascade and communication plan in you will support on the following activities :
Communication : Convert key strategic messages using preferred communication channels in collaboration with communication specialists.
Facilitate workshops to support the rollout out of Customer Experience Vision.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and develop effective relationships with Customer Experience Leadership team to support with the strategic cascade.
Ensure the execution of the communication plan by partnering with Legal and Corporate Branding to optimize internal communication processes
Leadership Support : Support the leadership team to ensure alignment through management of off-sites, leadership team meetings and other ad-
hoc meetings where necessary
Project Coordination : Provide project management support to cross-functional teams and other special projects of strategic importance to Customer Experience Europe
Knowledge Management : Maintain and evolve existing intranet system and support in the design, development and implementation of the new knowledge management system.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Communications or other related fields)
At least 3-4 years of experience in projects management, communications, strategy
Powerpoint Guru, with excellent design and creative skills
Good storyteller with effective written and verbal communication skills being able to convert key strategic messages and tailor it according to the audience
Motivated learn and passionate to convert the learning into action
The ability to work with all layers within the organisation, including top leadership
Excellent planning & organizational skills with experience of maintaining multiple deadlines & complex initiatives.
