In our new FedEx International Centre, we are offering an amazing opportunity to become part of the Customer Experience Strategy & Program team in the role of Strategy Engagement Champion.

The purpose of Strategy & Programs is to develop and cascade the Customer Experience Vision and Strategy. As a Strategy Engagement Champion, you will support on planning and execution of a strategic cascade and communication plan in you will support on the following activities :

  • Communication : Convert key strategic messages using preferred communication channels in collaboration with communication specialists.
  • Facilitate workshops to support the rollout out of Customer Experience Vision.

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and develop effective relationships with Customer Experience Leadership team to support with the strategic cascade.
  • Ensure the execution of the communication plan by partnering with Legal and Corporate Branding to optimize internal communication processes

  • Leadership Support : Support the leadership team to ensure alignment through management of off-sites, leadership team meetings and other ad-
  • hoc meetings where necessary

  • Project Coordination : Provide project management support to cross-functional teams and other special projects of strategic importance to Customer Experience Europe
  • Knowledge Management : Maintain and evolve existing intranet system and support in the design, development and implementation of the new knowledge management system.
  • Preferred profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Communications or other related fields)
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in projects management, communications, strategy
  • Powerpoint Guru, with excellent design and creative skills
  • Good storyteller with effective written and verbal communication skills being able to convert key strategic messages and tailor it according to the audience
  • Motivated learn and passionate to convert the learning into action
  • The ability to work with all layers within the organisation, including top leadership
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills with experience of maintaining multiple deadlines & complex initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial; understands the challenges and needs of the business, the stakeholders and is customer focused; wishes to contribute to the business goals;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sensitive; team player, open, forthright and strong communicator; wishes to contribute to positive experiences for colleagues and clients;
