In this role, you assess current performance and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce unnecessary variations in care to increase quality, reduce costs and help organizations achieve their clinical, operational and financial goals.
You provide customers with the direct support to optimize their workflow, provide solutions to their pain points and will help them implementing new ways of working and tools.

You will work in a team of experts with the aim to assess current performance and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce unnecessary variations in care to increase quality, reduce costs and help organizations achieve their clinical, operational and financial goals.
The practice management team is a critical interface between the solutions we sell and the customers. The team supports the adaptation of the Philips Portfolio.
