Position Summary The role of the Client Services Representative (CSR) is dedicated to providing ongoing support to the on-site team.

The CSR reports to the Program Manager (PM) who is their reference point for escalation, problem solving, training and backup.

The role of the CSR requires a high degree of detail orientation, attention to details and data accuracy.

The CSR must be able to handle high volume of transactions on a regular basis and meet deliverables with the greatest accuracy.

A CSR must conduct him or herself in a manner respectful and compatible with their client environment.

As an invited guest , an on-site CSR must be diligent in respecting the clients’ culture, expectations and codes of conduct.

A strong, politically sensitive, customer service manner is required at all times. Primary Responsibilities -Provide ongoing administrative support to the onsite team.

  • Execute weekly deliverables as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.
  • These may include : -Facilitation of contingent worker onboarding and offboarding, Program compliance reporting : -Start and end date report -

    PRO audit report -Contractor extension report -Background checks report -Perform all required WAND (Vendor Management System) data entry and reporting before leaving work daily.

  • Perform timely Client System Updates - transfers, data change, end date, WAND updates. -Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times and on-
  • time execution of deliverables. -Export data from Wand to Excel or PDF. -Assist with ad hoc projects. Minimum Qualifications -

    Consistently exhibit friendly, professional customer service and administrative organizational skills. -Working knowledge of office processing software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

  • Working knowledge of Vendor Management Systems is preferred. -Good data entry skills (alpha & numeric) with accuracy. -
  • Detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

    Working Conditions Business casual corporate attire (could vary depending on client visits).

    Busy, demanding and team-oriented environment.

    Heavy office machine (computer, telephone) use. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

    Salary is commensurate with experience.
