About The Opportunity For our business unit GKN Fokker Aerostructures we are looking for a Manager Quality & SHE. You play a key role in leading the Quality Organization on site Hoogeveen.
The role of the Quality Organization is to facilitate and support the business to continuously improve its quality performance.
Your challenge would be to focus on the development and implementation of Quality System standards and support your direct reports (Quality Leads) in working with these standards.
Key topics this moment are developing a route to zero defects and the integration and harmonization with the parent company GKN with respect to standards.
You are part ofYou will be part of the Management Team Quality of GKN Fokker Aerostructures as well as the Site Management Team in Hoogeveen.
You will be based in Hoogeveen and report functionally to the Director Quality & HSE and operationally to the Site Director.
Key Responsibilities You are responsible for :
Your skills and competences are : You have a Bachelor or Master degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering with at least 7 years of experience in Quality roles related to Aerospace industry.
You are familiar with quality-, security- and environment systems. To be successful in this role you are a strong leader with an independent attitude.
You are strong on making decisions and work together with different stakeholders from customer- and operations organization.
