Identifies opportunities, including leveraging existing contacts and generating leads in complex buying situations.
Liaises closely with regional / local account managers and develops relevant networks of senior stakeholders
Prepares complex proposals and solutions that require creativity, entrepreneurialism and specialist knowledge
Executes a marketing plan for a particular product, service or specialty area while working within established marketing systems
Provides input into the development of procedures for an area within the organisation, then monitors the implementation of those procedures.
Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and / or professional solutions
May manage a small sub-sector and be accountable for the creation and delivery of a specific sales growth plan
Maintains and expands long term relationships for the purpose of generating renewal and yield / cross-sell business.

Proven experience in business generation, development and growth - ideally from a direct competitor
Deep expertise in either talent acquisition products i.e. assessments, as well as understanding of broader KF offerings
Demonstrates strong learning orientation and intellectual curiosity
Will regularly present at forums and write about a specialist area
Seeks and acts on feedback, without defensiveness
Coaches and mentors junior staff
Looks for ways to help their teams be successful
Serves as a technical resource to others within area of expertise
