For our Markets division in the Netherlands we are looking for an Account Sales. As Account Sales you will be responsible for selling the Atos portfolio to one or several Atos Key Accounts, mainly existing of large enterprise organizations.

Our portfolio consists of solutions and services in digital transformation, such as Big Data, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, SAP and Consulting.

The role

As Account Sales you will own the full sales cycle process, from the opportunity identification to order, including the win workshop and rainbow bidding processes.

Furthermore, you will :

  • Build balanced and valuable client relationships at all levels;
  • Address the CIO, CPO and all business partners at tactical and organizational levels of the client organization;
  • Build sustainable and valuable relationships with strategic partners in order to complete the 360 view of the client;
  • Position Atos as a business partner, in order to identify and craft new business opportunities;
  • Drive the needs and expectations of the client;
  • Articulate Atos solutions into a value proposition that answers the client needs;
  • Propose innovative ways and partnerships to develop unsolicited offers;
  • Sell unique value propositions that will increase Atos revenue, profit and market share.

    As Account Sales you are part of the BTN Markets division. A growing division with expert and driven professionals who all have a real passion for establishing relationships, sales and IT.

    You will be part of one or more Client Teams and the Market Sales Representative facing the Atos key accounts. The career path for this role is as a next step as Client Executive, Business Developer or Sales Management position within Atos.

    Who are you

  • You hold a Bachelor or University degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Technical Business Administration or a comparable study;
  • You have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills in Dutch and English, any other language is an asset;
  • You are a true networker and entrepreneur;
  • You have a strong affinity with IT;
  • You are a relationship builder;
  • You have about 3 8 years of experience in a commercial role selling B2B IT and business services;
  • You can act fluid, creative, knowledgeable & at-ease across all potential IT topics across all seniority levels;
  • You are comfortable with and well recognized for taking complex, unstructured situations and leading the room (both customer and internal) in getting clarity, understanding and agreement;
  • You have proven skills and a track record of successfully challenging, and changing the norm, to win business;
  • Having deep technical / architect skills are not required, but a broad and inquisitive experience of multiple IT service types, technologies and consulting is.
