You will be working with an experienced and motivated team. As an active and challenging member of the Operations Leadership Team you will be working on :
Safety ; as a Site Responsible Engineer safety is in your DNA.
Continuous improvement ; Applying LEAN principles and implement them further throughout your engineering and maintenance team;
change and optimize work processes based on an existing report of external consultants
Leading the team ; to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by creating a strong focus on continuous improvement and professional development of the team according Industry benchmark
Develop and execute ; Maintenance & Engineering plan for the coming 3-5 years. Deliver immaculate technical status measured by KPIs as, OEE, MTBF, Downtime, Costs, qualitative preventive maintenance.
Managing the transition (reshaping) of existing equipment, installations and buildings as part of the Site Master Plan Naarden / Barneveld
Stakeholder management ; collaborate with all stakeholders as manufacturing operators, planners, material handlers as with productions shift leaders, departmental managers, regional engineering and other site teams to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
Build and maintain partnerships with EAME Operations and EAME / Global M&E network
Projects and investments ; Planning, preparation and execution of new Capex investments required to eliminate any potential compliance conflict, to facilitate growth and be proactive in speed to market on our inventions.
Work on small, medium, large projects such as pilot scale ups, analyzing current processing for improvement ideas, determining and specifying design of processing equipment and leading startups, upgrades and process changes.
Execute site / department projects from the idea to handover to the end user.

Technical University degree (ie : Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Science) and graduated top 20% level
Experience within the food industry knowing design desired standards and requirements
3-5 years related experience in a manufacturing process environment
Proven track record as successful people manager
Proficient in English and Dutch, both oral and in writing
Excellent communication skills are second nature
Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Ability to work cross functionally
