The opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Talent and Brand Advocacy Communications Manager to join our EMEIA Financial Services Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) team.
This role will work closely with the Talent and Brand Advocacy Lead, and both the BMC and Talent teams, to build and execute communications strategies and plans around key employee engagement initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who is an experienced communication and engagement professional, with a proven background in delivering strategic and tactical communications across multiple geographies.
The successful candidate will be someone who is keen to support employee engagement and advocacy strategies for the firm.
You will be pivotal in helping to build an internal working culture that motivates and enables the business, especially around our people, culture, brand and values, to ultimately raise the profile of the organisation both internally and externally.
Your key responsibilities - Align and integrate the communication objectives of all HR functional teams with the firm’s strategic priorities, through partnership and proactive planning.
Be comfortable working with colleagues from across multiple geographies to maximise the impact of local communications.-
Bring the outside in : keep up to date with market trends and developments around employee engagement and use it to come up with fresh ideas to engage.

Experience of implementing dynamic communications across multiple communication platforms, with good knowledge of internal communications and engagement strategies and HR subjects.
5+ years of handling people, culture and employer branding communication, and have a proven track record of taking ideas and turning them into engaging content.
You will need a strong, hands-on style and the commitment and drive to make things happen. You should have strong influencing and engagement skills to ensure there is buy-
in and enthusiastic support from project sponsors, the management team, and all other stakeholders. Interested?
