operates on both tactical and strategic level.You will be part of an HR international team and responsible for a business unit of around 100 people in the Netherlands.About the Role :
Ensures the highest level of human resources services to the stores and Ecommerce team based in our HQ Offices in Netherlands, supports the local management team and develops the talents in our stores and Ecommerce team, focusing in our company goals
Recruiting : for candidates / hires, generates a pool of prospective candidates. Interviews and selection processes, headhunting and organizing recruiting events
Employee relations : coaches the teams and supports the store managers to ensure the corporate policies
Unions Negotiations and labor issues : Supports and manages jointly with the Head of Legal labor related issues, disciplinary issues, employment Effectively conducts full recruiting cycle contracts drafting, immigration issues, collective agreement alignment, salary bandings and employees complaints
Training : ensures that the new hires are properly trained (new hire orientation). This refers to office employees not store employees
Development : participates in performance evaluations, and ensures development plans, succession and retention plans are created and executed
Payroll : ensures that the stores are following all the procedures of compensation and benefits; preparing of the monthly payroll files for payroll execution by our external payroll provider ADP
Scheduling : Advises and supports the stores management team to organize the schedules to achieve the goals of productivity and efficiency
HR Reports : Analyzes HR reports to drive the team to our goals (Turnover, Absences reports etc)
HR Projects and initiatives : Leads HR initiatives. Creates and implements people strategies that aligns to the field business initiatives
Builds and maintains strong relationships that create an environment of trust, accountability, and open communication for all employees
Designs the HR Budget for Netherlands entity of Amarla with Country Manager and the Group HR DirectorThe Role reports to the Amarla Group HR Director Headquarters- GreeceTo qualify for the Role :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Role, preferable in a Retail Company
Deep knowledge of local Labor Law and experience with Collective Agreement & Negotiations with Trade Unions
Fluent in English and Dutch
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (excel formulas, macros etc.)
Experience working on HR Digital platforms (Bamboohr, Tamigo)Skills and attributes for Success
Handling tight deadlines
Good stakeholder management Setting Priorities
