The HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all HR administrative activities are handled, to ensure compliance and flawless employee experience.

Support wider HR team and execute HR change management activities, supporting line managers and employees regarding all kinds of HR Services activities including the full breadth of the HR spectrum.

Reporting to HR Operations Director EMEA.


  • Responsible for the delivery of core HR services (administrative duties)
  • Takes accountability for service performance trends and actively manages adherences to policies and procedures
  • Act as change agent and support managers + HRBP’s with HR transformation
  • Acts as an escalation point for SSC and for all Core HR services
  • Serve as an expert to solve complex HR queries and requests that cannot be answered through self-service or by the SSC
  • Coordinate Digital & transactional HR activities
  • Analyze trends and metrics to bring workforce insights
  • Key point of contact for escalated systems support
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HRD to develop solutions, programs and policies that align with business objectives
  • Supports system implementation projects working closely with CoE and SSC
  • Execute or support HR Projects

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR Services experience ideally in an outsourced shared services model.
  • Profound Excel skills and systems experience (Successfactors, ADP)
  • Analytical thinking, strong ownership to take initiative and to drive action and results
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-motivated, high level of transparency and integrity, enjoy working in fast evolving business environment
  • Excellent excel modelling skills with high attention to details and ability to manage large amounts of data from different sources
  • Experience in working in a Shared Service Center - BPO, preferrably in HR
  • Bachelor degree in HR administration or in Payroll preferred
  • Experience in HR compliance, payroll, Dutch labor law background is a plus, but not a must
