In this new role your key mission is to build a market leadership position within the intralogistics industry. Main goal is to reach an outstanding market position within the intralogistics area, specifically in the field of automated picking solutions.

You will be in charge to generate profitable business growth by acquiring a significant market position, by targeting active clients and by developing a strong network of business partners, e.

g. intralogistics integrators and Kardex entities. Your assignment :

  • Develop 5-year business plan and yearly budgets based on the strategic targets.
  • Determine clear market development strategies based on market intelligence and business development competences.
  • Driver of marketing activities and continuous lead generation to generate new business leads.
  • Implement multi-channel sales to further penetrate existing as well as new industry segments.
  • Achieve and maintain excellent relations with customers and develop / manage business partner network.
  • Establish service business model through contract coverage of the increased installed base and improved customer loyalty.
  • Achieve operational excellence by analysing problematic situations and provide solutions.
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • You’ll report to the shareholder group.

    Robomotive is looking for a skilled Sales Manager / Director, experienced in Intralogistics or related industries. Business Development skills organized in market approach and capable of generating C-level meetings.

    Strong focus on leadership and people management. Your profile :

  • Technical university degree (MSc), preferably complemented with MBA or similar management degree.
  • At least 5 years of Senior Sales Management experience. General Management experience is preferred, more specific in leading scale-ups to a successful company.
  • Experience in state-of-the-art technology sales, selling new innovations, proof of concepts and managing business development projects having sales lead times of 3-6 months.
  • Proven track record of creating and developing top performing sales in delivering profitable growth.
  • Familiar with leading sales methodologies, marketing intelligence and CRM tools.
  • Good knowledge of advanced marketing tools and applications (LinkedIn, websites, branding, ed).
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Extensive global travel. Normally 30-50% and working several days a week at the office in Roermond.
