Reporting to the Business Unit Head Benelux, the Dutch Commercial Lead will be responsible forestablishing, activating and implementing Tesaro commercial strategies andcapabilities in order to maximise commercial value.
This also includesdeveloping and executing access strategies in the Netherlands.
Ensurestrategies and activities are developed and executed in alignment with TESARO’shigh ethics and compliance standards and all applicable local legalrequirements and regulations.
Analysemarket situation, trends and dynamics, including competitors and determineappropriate commercial approaches including pricing strategies at an accountand national level as well as pre and post launch activities
Developand achieve approved and agreed financial and strategic targets for commercialoperations, managing and achieving revenues as well as operational expenses.
Drivesales of TESARO brands by effectively communicating the value and theappropriate use of our portfolio of therapeutic products.
Promoteand detail the value of TESARO products to target groups, communicating the keymessages to all applicable customers with an impact in the prescribing of TESAROmedications or the access of TESARO brands to patients.
Managelocal contracts, negotiating and executing as appropriate in line with companystrategy and with guidelines.
Build andmaintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholdersto ensure the promotion of both TESARO therapies and company image.
Workcollaboratively with all international functions and drive Austrian interests
Effectivelyuse a Customer Relationship Model (CRM) system for communication and documentationpurposes and to strategically analyse the market and prioritise necessary action.
Provideclear and timely feedback to the manager regarding outcomes of discussions andongoing market developments.
Operationalleadership of the commercial organisation in the Netherlands, leading andmanaging team demonstrating clear leadership , setting clear expectations aswell as providing feedback to support both individual and team development

Minimum Qualifications & EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 4 years as a commercial lead in the pharmaceutical industry,including minimum 2+ years successful in oncology or haematology Sales in Netherlands
Successful expertise in working autonomously in a flexible andentrepreneurial environment in the Dutch / English language
Proven promotional skills that can be used for TESARO’s innovativeproducts.
High level of expertise in using modern information technology, includingcompetence in using a CRM effectively.
Proven experience of working in a compliant manner and always acting in accordancewith relevant regulations and applicable laws.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writtencommunications
Preferred Qualifications and Experience :
Experiencewith product launches within oncology.
Successfulexperience in initiating stakeholder management, customer relationships, marketaccess and sales fromscratch
Understanding and knowledge of all key stakeholders (clinical and payor)and the local healthcare system (including access and routes to market) inNetherlands
University master degree in life sciences (Medicine, Biology,Biochemistry, etc.).
Excellent understanding of the science of oncology products.
Experience with successfullyexecuting commercial contracts or successfully negotiating formulary acceptance of newly launchedproducts.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster relationships and effectivelyrepresent TESARO to relevant external stakeholders.
