About the role

In our brand new warehouse we have modern automated systems to support our logistic processes. To ensure that all processes run smoothly we are looking for a logistic workflow coordinator.

Your tasks

  • System control and coordination of day-to-day operations in an automated environment
  • Administration of the warehouse management system
  • Monitoring and control of the automated system with troubleshooting in case of technical problems
  • Ensure that key performance indicators are met and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Take measures if necessary and communicate with the logistics management or maintenance department
  • Taking on special tasks or projects
  • Tracking and reporting of key figures

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who can keep an overview of multiple processes and who will take action when problems occur. This means you will keep calm in stressful situations and you will look for solutions to ensure a structured workflow.

  • You have basic logistics know-how
  • You have basic technical understanding and general IT affinity
  • You have experience in handling warehouse management systems and knowledge of MS-Office
  • You can work independently and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are reliable and accurate
  • You have good German and English skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • You are a teamplayer and enjoy working with other departments
