You're an experienced B2B recruiter with a good mix of in-house and / or RPO recruitment experience
You know your way around an ATS. We use Peoplefluent RMS but the system is less important than the knowledge and willingness to use recruiting systems and processes to their full potential.
You enjoy using data to change hiring behaviours and champion the use of new tools and technology
You enjoy working in an international environment with lots of responsibility - you thrive on change and making a difference.
What we ask
Proven permanent staffing / resourcing experience, ideally in TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) industries
You'll be experienced in end-to-end sourcing and managing proactive recruitment marketing campaigns for direct response
You'll also show good evidence of using data and insights to deliver constructive advice and influence your colleagues / hiring outcomes
A proactive mindset, driven by change and results.
You will need
