HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a member of the commercial team

Our market is composed of seven countries with 6 Cartier boutiques and several watch specialists’ accounts, in different typology of business (independent, travel retail, chain, and department store).

As Area Sales Manager for Cartier, you are leading the strategic business development of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, including all commercial touchpoints (boutiques, watch specialists, e-partnerships), you manage and develop leaders and strong sales professionals and you act as an ambassador of the Maison.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Apart from being an expert on luxury industry and understand its stakes ( with at least 10 years of experience in this area ), our Area Sales Manager has excellent strategic and communication skills and you are driven by achieving the targets.

We rely on your expertise in English. French, Dutch are a plus.

An analytical and service mindset is crucial in intricate negotiations, management as well as your persuasiveness and inventiveness will pave the way for your success.

Your leadership skills are fundamental to understand, develops, motivate our teams as well as analyze and run all our projects, both functional and transversal.
