As Tender Manager, you will play a crucial part in our non-standard product markets, right from the beginning : you will assist our global sales organization and be engaged right up till delivery.
This means you develop technical / commercial bids, with support of the line departments. If you like to be involved in complex sales projects with a heart for innovative technology, we'd love to hear from you!
You will :
Project manage the sales proposition, defining it in accordance with the customer's request
Align the internal organization in bid preparation and to be able to deliver effectively upon order
Keep communication timely and efficient with multiple departments to come to the best proposition
Prepare cost calculations, availability and delivery times for quotations
You have :
A completed degree from a higher educational institution, preferably either in mechanical engineering or economics
At least 3 years of experience in a similar function. You consider this opportunity as your next step in tender management
Intimate knowledge of heavy, hydraulic machinery
Detailed understanding of IHC IQIP's target markets
Familiarity with large scale manufacturing, preferably within mechanical offshore or maritime sectors
Outstanding oversight, a keen eye for detail and know how to motivate people
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch
