Salesforce is looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Product Marketer to differentiate and grow our Commerce Cloud solutions in EMEA.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the product marketing plan and drive the go to market for the region, working with sales, field marketing, enablement, and extended teams to deliver pipeline goals and increase awareness.
You will have a passion for content, storytelling and strategy, you understand buyers and how to reach them, how to educate sales teams on value propositions and product differentiators, and how to collaborate with demand gen teams to drive pipeline with targeted sales plays, content and campaigns.
Be the champion and product marketing lead for Salesforce’s value proposition for Commerce in EMEA
Co-create the Commerce Cloud marketing strategy and plan for the region, together with local field and digital marketing teams, by leading the targeting, messaging, positioning and content
Create and curate inspiring and innovative localised content and messaging to differentiate and raise awareness of Salesforce in the Commerce market, including speaking at Salesforce-owned, 3rd party events, customer meetings, partner events
Create regional and country-specific market, buyer, and competitive analysis to inform local marketing strategy, sales play needs, and product requirements
Own and deliver local enablement for field-facing teams on product launches, sales plays, customer wins, and competitive
Identify, develop, and evangelise local customer stories, working together with local customer marketing
Collaborate with HQ Product Marketing & Content teams to select the relevant content, campaigns, plays, and enablement programs to fit the local GTM strategy and market needs
Launch major product efforts locally by building out the local GTM plan and feeding back into product teams on local needs for product launch success
Drive the development and launch of Commerce Cloud’s value propositions into a new industry segments for the region
5+ years experience in SaaS product marketing, demand gen, growth, outbound product management, solutions marketing, or solution engineering.
Or experience as an eCommerce leader in a Retail or Direct to Consumer company
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from idea to execution fast while navigating a complex organisation and to manage sometimes competing stakeholder priorities
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers
Strong interpersonal skills a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
High energy, resilient, innovative, and wildly creative - with the execution skills to make it all count
Ideally knowledge of, or experience, in eCommerce
The ability to inspire a Zoom call of 3 or event broadcast to 10,000 through stellar public speaking and 1 : 1 persuasive storytelling skills
Ideally multilingual (preference German)
