To provide full, effective and timely support of project administration, document control via Conject and other systems and support of the construction delivery team.
Your responsibilities will include :
Assisting the project team in the management and implementation of the document control systems.
Managing and controlling of drawing and specification issues between design team members and general contractor as well as subcontractor drawings.
Ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
Ensuring that all correspondence are referenced.
Coordinating and controlling of the RFI process.
Raising of instructions on behalf of project and commercial managers.
Assisting in managing the process of handover information, O&M manuals, H&S files as builts, etc.
Archiving of electronic documentation.
Providing help and training for internal and external parties as and when required.
Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include :
Previous experience in document control role is essential.
Knowledge of Conject system and / or Procore are essential.
Good IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office.
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
A degree qualification is preferred but is not essential.
Professional memberships are an advantage but are not essential.
