Do you know how to help customers in a creative and fun way? And would you like to work with international colleagues? This is your chance! You will work for Cygnific, a company responsible for the customer service at Rituals.

You will be responsible for answering customer questions for this wonderful brand of home and body products! Mostly through phone, and sometimes by mail.

Job requirements

  • Experience in customer care is not required, but a plus.
  • You are available for at least 24 hours a week.
  • Higher level education or university level.
  • You can write and speak Swedish fluently.
  • Writing and speaking in English is not a problem for you.
  • You are available to work in the evening and / or weekends on occasion.
  • You can come up with creative and fun solutions.
  • You are spontaneous and like to have contact with customers.
  • You are available on the working hours mentioned in this vacancy.
  • Job description

    As a customer service employee at Cygnific, you will be in contact with all Swedish speaking customers of Rituals, via telephone and e-mail.

    You like to help customers and you always go for the personal touch. With your creative answers and suggestions you give the customer the ultimate relaxed feeling that the luxiourious brand aims for.

    You can expect many different questions, for example about the online shop, the products and current orders. You ensure that the customer is helped as good as possible and strive to bring a smile on their face!

    Working hours

  • You can work flexible shifts starting from 24 hours a week.
  • You are expected to be available at least two evenings a week and one Saturday or Sunday every two weeks. This does not mean that you will always be scheduled at those times.

  • You work from home.
  • You are available in the weeks around Christmas (from 14 to 27 December).
  • You are available at least one Christmas day.
  • You are available until the end of December.
  • There are different shifts, one shift is from 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM, the other from 12 : 30 PM 9 : 00 PM. You may occasionally work a shorter shift.

    Terms of employment

  • A monthly salary of €2.538,- ( €14,64 gross per hour including holiday pay and reservations), with allowances on holidays and Sundays.
  • Determine your own working hours from Monday to Sunday between 09 : 00 21 : 00.
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed, if you’ll go to the office.
