You will be responsible for answering customer questions for this wonderful brand of home and body products! Mostly through phone, and sometimes by mail.
As a customer service employee at Cygnific, you will be in contact with all Swedish speaking customers of Rituals, via telephone and e-mail.
You like to help customers and you always go for the personal touch. With your creative answers and suggestions you give the customer the ultimate relaxed feeling that the luxiourious brand aims for.
You can expect many different questions, for example about the online shop, the products and current orders. You ensure that the customer is helped as good as possible and strive to bring a smile on their face!
You are expected to be available at least two evenings a week and one Saturday or Sunday every two weeks. This does not mean that you will always be scheduled at those times.
There are different shifts, one shift is from 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM, the other from 12 : 30 PM 9 : 00 PM. You may occasionally work a shorter shift.
