About Your Job :
As a , you will manage all commercial activities (Sales, Customer Service & Billing) of Qatar Airways Cargo in the Netherlands.
You will also represent Qatar Airways Cargo in local sales related Cargo Community Events.
Your accountabilities include :
Plan, direct and control all Selling and Marketing activities of the station and penetrate the Local Market to secure new sources of revenues.
Manage, lead, coach the people in your teams
Extract decisions, and thorough analyze reports and raw data
Ensure service provided meet QR standards
Involved in meeting and controlling service providers
Meet and / or exceed the set Cargo Revenue Targets
Assist Cargo Manager in preparing and controlling the Revenue and Cost Budget
Prepare Business Marketing Plan in order to optimize revenue opportunities and maximize QR Presence in the market
Negotiate short, medium and long term pricing initiatives
Direct Sales Visits with Freight Forwarding community in local region
Research and report other airline practices
Manage customer service data base for station customers
Ensure all agent / freight forwarder queries are answered and monitor customer complains
About You :
To be eligible for this role you must be a graduate or equivalent level, with extensive experience in the air freight industry.
You should also have some Marketing and Sales background, with commercial acumen and ability to spot market and industry trends.
It is also preferred for you to have knowledge of cargo operations. Furthermore, a good command of written and spoken English and Dutch is a must.
