The PR & Influencer Manager for CPS develops world-class PR toolkits to drive business results and brand metrics in EMEA.
Position in the organisation
This role is reporting to the Category Director CPS
Key Individual Responsibilties
Responsible for the creation and execution of the PR strategy to support the CPS category, manage key relationships to media and social influencer outlets for ASICS in the EMEA-region.
Leads the development of the PR & Influencer strategy for the CPS category in EMEA
Leads the development of PR & Influencer plans, ensuring all plans and tools are delivered on time to support seasonal sell-in periods
Works closely with the Global PR team to ensure all EMEA requirements are part of the global PR strategy
Develops the PR & Influencer Marketing Calendar and ensures all initiatives are integrated with the activities of other functional team members
Manages external agencies, including the briefing and development of all work
Ensures local teams are informed, aligned, and engaged in all PR & Influencer activities
Develops and manages PR & Influencer KPIs and tracks performance over time
Ensures all PR & Influencer toolkits are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget
Closely collaborates with the PR & Influencer enablement team, as well as all local PR & Influencer team members
Knowledge and experience
7+ years of relevant senior experience in PR agency or brand
An excellent understanding of all areas of PR including Influencer Marketing
PR savvy with good (digital) journalistic instincts
Ambassador for the ASICS brands and reinforces the brand image with all audiences
Able to manage priorities
Clear communicator and connector, building bridges with different teams
Ability to work with different cultures and disciplines
Flexible, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
